Fireballs is non-competitive football for all children who are in Reception or Year 1 at primary school. Whether it’s the first time you’re playing or not, we teach football skills through fun and participation. Most importantly it’s about making friends and having a good time.
We train at the Tattenhoe Playing Fields next to the RAFA Club, Tattenhoe Lane, Bletchley, Milton Keynes. MK3 7RB
Sundays
Foundation – 10.00 – 11.00 am
Year One – 11.00 -12.00 pm
We believe in fun for young people so Fireballs is completely FREE.
Yes please. We prefer parents to stay in case your child needs you for some reason.
We want to maintain a fun environment so we do have a code of conduct for parents. This can be viewed at https://www.mkcityfc.co.uk/codeofconduct/
All children MUST have shin pads to protect their legs. These do NOT need to be expensive. You can get a pair for about £5 from Sports Direct.
Alternatively you could get a pair from Amazon for about £8 such as https://amzn.to/32QqJJP
Studded football boots are optional (especially in the first couple of weeks when you are seeing whether your child likes it) but are easier to play in, especially in bad weather. Again, Sports Direct have Sondico boots for about £16. Boots MUST be moulded plastic studs.
There is no football kit or uniform for Fireballs.
Please send your child with a named drinks bottle. The named bit is important as children seem to have very similar water bottles.
